I'm trying to figure out how to make this brief but informative. It's not possible. My husband is deathly allergic to cats. I did some research and read ALOT on different breeders. I kept being drawn back to Prekrasne. I asked many questions. Sue answered all of them. We did an allergy test with my husband. He had absolutely zero reaction. That was 3 years ago. I adopted Molly.. She is the queen of our home. Her personality and beauty are amazing. Our experience with Sue was so amazing, that I got another Siberian from her a year later, Toby. His temperament and personality are incredible. We were so in love with him that the next year when Sue was going to retire his dad, we wanted one from his last litter. So, we adopted yet another, Buddy. Sue told me he was a lover. She was so very right. He can't get enough loving. I can call or message Sue about anything. Her replies are swift and very informative. Even the silliest of concerns are responded to with knowledge and concern. She cares about her fur babies. I could talk to her for hours. Her knowledge and memory is beyond my understanding. I am beyond thankful that we were blessed to qualify for adopting from Prekrasne. We have a private group on Facebook that is full of pictures, questions, answers, and family. Once you adopt from the Prekrasne Cattery, you become family. You get to see how all the siblings are doing. Plus, there's so many awesome pics that we get to share. I am now a Siberian Addict. Thank you, Sue Case for your breeding program that is nothing short of spectacular.
Sue Case is the most reliable, responsible and caring breeder that I know. I have two of her Siberians, and they have the most wonderful personalities, well mannered and loving. She can tell she loves her cats/kittens, that they come first and is very selective with who she will sell to. If my husband wouldn't go bonkers, I would have at least two more of her kitties.
We have a big family of pedigree cats, all adopted from breeders, so over the years I have gained a lot of experience of what to look for in a reputable breeder. This experience is what lead me to contact Sue Case when I became interested in adopting a Siberian cat. We adopted our first boy from Sue in 2007 and our second boy in 2010. Over the 9 years that I have known Sue, she has consistently proven to be a conscientious, caring, transparent breeder who regularly exhibits her cats at cat shows in an effort to ensure she is breeding Siberians true to the standard, as well as having a detailed website that helps to educate the public on the Siberian breed. She has developed a rapport with reputable Siberian breeders the world over and constantly seeks to improve her knowledge of the breed. In addition to her stellar breeding practices, she is interested in keeping in touch with the people who adopt her cats and as such has built a supportive community of Prekrasne cat owners, which we all enjoy being a part of. I consider Sue to be a top notch breeder!
It's really a leap of faith buying an animal from a breeder. When I started my search two years ago I wish there had been more resources at that time to hear about other people's experiences. I am forever thankful that I found Sue and Siberian Cats of Prekrasne. I can't imagine anyone who invests more time and money to make sure you are getting a happy healthy cat. I have two cats now and she is still available for any questions I may have. It's very clear that this is a labor of love for her and we are grateful every day (maybe not as much at 4am).
We researched Siberian breeders nine years ago due to reduced allergens with this breed. My adult daughter (having horrific allergies to cats) was the first to adopt a beautiful male Siberian from Sue. From day one, we were truly amazed with the temperament of her new boy. I must speak of Sue's socialization of her cats. They are incredibly loving and relaxed from the day you get them. You just know how much love and care they have gotten from the breeder from the day you get them. No short cuts there! They want your love immediately, know to use a scratching post, to use the litter box, exposed to various forms of food (raw, healthy canned and kibble) and are so interactive (like a dog in a cat's suit). They are true companions loving human interaction. Nine years later, we have "five" of Sue's amazing Siberians among our family (adult daughter and my sister's family). They have all made our lives so much sweeter! Sue's commitment to health (has her lines tested regularly... even after her kings and queens have been adopted) is a huge priority for her. She wants to make sure her lines are healthy on so many levels for generations to come. You just don't find that very often. Not only are her cats bred to meet the true Siberian standard, they are truly beautiful (inside and out). Sue's knowledge of the breed for type and health is unrivaled. Here's the icing on the cake... When anyone adopts one of Sue's cats, Sue is there for the long haul in answering ANY questions or concerns for the life of the cat. Sue is a rarity in her commitment and compassion to the breed and also the people who adopt her beautiful Siberians. I cannot say enough about Sue as a person, not to mention as a breeder. Ask anyone who has a Siberian from her. Because of her knowledge, commitment and her passion for the breed, Sue has many followers on her site. It says a lot when you see a huge growing number of people comment that they're favorite part of their day is checking in to see what fellow Prekrasne Siberian owners and their Sibs are up to. I need 10 paws for this breeder.
I have three awesome Siberians from Sue! I highly recommend contacting her if you are interested in getting a Siberian. She raises happy, healthy cats with amazing personalities! My life has been changed for the better because of Sue!
Sue is the absolute best! Bi have obtained not one but two Siberians from her and would not hesitate to get a third! She is totally committed to the health and welfare of her kittens and totally dedicated to ensure her adopters have all the support they need. This support extends not just through kittenhood but throughout your cats life. She is always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions of needed. I don't think you could ask for a better breeder!
We adopted a kitten from Prekrasne Siberians. We had a very positive experience. Our kitten, Maggie, came to us with the perfect blend of confidence, affection and playfulness. I would highly recommend Sue (Prekrasne Siberians) to anyone who is seeking to adopt a Siberian kitten. Sue has been very responsive to ALL of our questions - before we got Maggie, and afterwards too - she is a wealth of knowledge! Without a doubt, we'd recommend Prekrasne Siberians!
I got a kitten from Sue after my previous Siberian (from a different breeder) died from kidney failure. I received awesome pictures of my kitten as he was growing up with his brothers and sisters, which made the wait so much easier. I received a beautiful, socialized, healthy kitten along with a folder containing all his paperwork and information that any new cat owner should receive. Most importantly, I've received amazing support from Sue even after I brought my boy home. She has been an amazing support and resource with anything and everything that has to do with my kitty. After the bad experience I had with a previous breeder, Sue has been a real treasure. I feel confident sending any future cat parent looking for an amazing cat to her.
Sue Case is rare among breeders in that she truly loves Siberian cats. She does the research and her lines show it. She spends hours socializing and evaluating each and every kitten and is just as discerning when deciding who will be lucky enough to welcome one of her kittens into their home. I am blessed to have one of the babies from Sue's very first litter and at 9 years old my Siberian still looks and acts like a kitten. From day 1 Sue was there to answer any questions I had and she's still there to offer good advice and sound suggestions for any situation. You can stop looking, you've found the best.
Working in the animal field for over 20 years I've seen my fair share of so called "breeders" Kittens and puppies coming in sick and full of parasites. When it was time for our family to get a Siberian kitten I was a little nervous on where to even start. I was lucky enough to find Sue. She answered every question I had about the breed and was so knowledgeable. Our first Siberian came home a few months later happy, healthy, and very clean. A year later we brought home our second Siberian and couldn't be happier. Sue has become a big part of our family and we so thankful that we found an amazing breeder and friend:)
Sue is in this business because she truly loves Siberians and her desire to keep the breed pure. Her concern about maintaining health records and regular exams by her breeding kitties (and continues well after they are retired from breeding) shows her dedication and love for both them and the breed.
We got the most wonderful kitten from Sue. Cozy is adorable, loving, super playful, super smart, confident, outgoing, loves my other cats, love to cuddle with his humans, and healthy. He is truly perfect. Sue is super nice, a resource if you need any information or advice, and truly cares about her cats and kittens. I can't recommend Prekasne highly enough.
I adopted my fur child 4 years ago and that is the best decision I have ever made. Not only because I have adopted the best cat ever, but also because I adopted her from Sue (Prekrasne Siberian Cattery). From the start she was friendly, upfront, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. However, what I appreciated the most about working with her, is that I felt like I joined a family. I hear news and updates from her and other Prekrasne Siberian Cat owners through her groups, she always responds if anyone has any questions, even though they adopted the cat 4, 5, or 9 years. If I ever decide to get a second fur child I will definitely adopt him/her from Sue. Thanks Sue!
